Brand New Day

Spring is such an inspiration. Every year, I feel as though I've woken up in that scene in The Wiz, when everyone is shedding their thick layers, emerging half-naked and singing, "Can you, feel the, brand new day?" The bright, shiny light of spring is infectious, and all of sudden, I crave "the new." I have to have that fabulous new dress, that exciting new love interest, that inspiring new pasttime.
