"The Hills" are alive...again!

Yes, bitches! Season 5 of the pseudo-reality dramz fest, "The Hills", will premiere Monday, April 6th at 10pm ET. As much as I would love to say I'm above the rich bitch shenanigans of L.C., Heidi, Audrina and nem, I will sooo be there. Or at least my Tivo will. Will Lauren and Heidi finally settle their differences (AKA push Spencer off a cliff), have a good cry and become besties again? Will Justin Bobby put together a coherent sentence? Has Brody gotten any hotter and is that even possible? Inquiring minds want to know!

A. Keys is Fresh-faced for Dove

Has anyone else been watching Alicia Keys in that "Fresh Takes" micro-series on MTV? I'm quite sure you have, since each three minute ep shares a coveted time slot with everyone's guilty pleasure, The Hills. So in case you were powdering your nose, on last night's episode, lil Lizzie was feeling all insecure about her body (as usual), so she decided to try out yoga to get that model perfect body she’s always wanted. Of course, she just ended up in a knot on the floor instead.

This is something I can totally relate to. I am on the constant search for new and exciting ways to torture myself aka lose weight. And I was really feeling Lizzie's pain because my latest greatest idea is Bikram yoga. Yes, hot yoga people. I have a friend who swears by it. All I know is that you do yoga in a room that's heated to 100 plus degrees. Profuse sweat and unnatural flexibility ensues. I'm not all that into yoga, but I do like steam rooms so I think that counts for something.

My first class is on Saturday! Has anyone tried it? Will I survive (you know I'm delicate)? Will I sweat buckets and lose pounds? And most importantly, what about my hair?

Both Audrina "Dead Eyes" Patridge and Paris Hilton have been spotted in this LaROK Studded Jersey Racer Back dress. Paris over-excessorized her navy version with a cardigan, brimmed hat and aviators, while Audrina kept it relatively simple in all black.

The Hills are Alive with Jewelry!

If you're like me, you are either a gay man trapped in a woman's body or you are completely and utterly addicted to the guiltiest of pleasures, MTV's hit show, The Hills. Season 3 recently premiered featuring the fierce and fabulously monikered LC, her dead-eyed BFF, Audrina, the brainwashed and newly buxom, Heidi, and the all together pointless Whitney. Love them!

So far this season, besides the bitching, the barhopping and the boyfriends, it's all about the jewels!

First, there was the scandalicious story that the "pink diamond" engagment ring slimy Spencer presented to Heidi was...DUN DUN DUHN!...as fake as her tatas! The ring, bought at Ice Accessories, is actually a lavender, lemon amethyst surrounded by diamonds, retailing for $2,890. Now, anyone who actually watched that show would have gotten a hint by the fact that serious jewelry stores don't normally also sell handbags, but obviously Spencer is a man after my own heart...get the look for less honey!

Also featured this season is a personal fave of mine, the mark bejeweled ring! Eagle-eyes can spot Audrina rocking this fab cocktail ring throughout the premiere episode.
